This policy explains what information Prison Coach Speaking & Consulting (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects when you visit docfuller.ai or use Doc Fuller's AI Twin, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've written it in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask us.
1Who We Are
docfuller.ai and Doc Fuller's AI Twin are operated by Prison Coach Speaking & Consulting, located at 24 William St, North Arlington, NJ 07031, United States. For any privacy question or request, reach us through our contact page.
2Information You Give Us
We collect information you choose to provide, including:
- Contact details — your name and email address when you submit a form, join an email list, or write to us.
- Account information — the details needed to create and maintain your AI Twin subscription.
- Payment information — processed by our payment provider. See Section 5.
- Your messages — anything you write to us through a contact form, and your conversations with the AI Twin. See Section 4.
3Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the site, certain information is collected automatically by us or the analytics services we use:
- Your IP address and approximate general location
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages you visit, time spent, and how you arrived at the site
- Links and buttons you interact with, including checkout clicks
This information is used in aggregate to understand how the site performs and where it can be improved.
4Your Conversations With The AI Twin
The AI Twin is built around memory: it retains the substance of your conversations so that each session builds on the last, rather than starting over. That memory is what makes the service work.
Your private sessions are not read by our staff as a matter of course, and they are not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers. Your employer, family, and school have no access to them.
Conversation data is stored so it can be retrieved for your future sessions. We may access conversation data in limited circumstances — for example, to resolve a technical problem you have reported, to investigate suspected abuse of the service, or where we are legally required to do so.
Please do not share information through the AI Twin that you would not want stored, such as full financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or passwords.
5Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. When you check out, your card details are submitted directly to Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVC, or expiration date. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com.
We do receive limited transaction information from Stripe, such as your subscription status, plan, billing dates, and the last four digits of your card, so that we can service your account.
6Analytics And Advertising Tools
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic and performance. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects the kind of automatic information described in Section 3. You can opt out across all sites using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Meta Pixel
We may use the Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel to measure the performance of advertising and to reach relevant audiences. Where active, it collects information about your visit and actions on the site and shares it with Meta.
Embedded Video
Some pages embed videos hosted by YouTube. When a page containing an embedded video loads, YouTube may set cookies and collect information under Google's privacy policy. We do not control that collection.
7Cookies And Similar Technologies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We and the services listed above use them to keep the site working correctly, to remember preferences, and to measure performance and advertising.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site function.

9How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:

- Legal requirements — where we are required to by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others.

11Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, and conversation data is encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
